I put together a list of mods that offer fantastic extras for any class, check it out! Please let me know if you use some mods that offer other great benefits to players.
CTMod -Brought to you by the staff of WoW.WarcraftStrategy.com, CTMod is an improved User Interface mod for World of Warcraft. It is functional with the latest patch and will have more functions added as time permits. CTMod was the very first with several innovative features, such as the Map Mod and Buff Mod.
Features(not all):
- BagMod - Rename your bags!
- MapMod - Set notes on your worldmap!
- BuffMod - Shows buffs in a list to the right, along with duration & name. Also alerts you when a buff expires(optional).
- Player & Target Stats - Shows health and mana of you and your targets.
- HotbarMod - Up to 5 additional hotkey bars, each movable! The number of sidebar Buttons can be changed independently.
- MailMod - Allows you to send up to 21 items to the same person with a single click!
- PlayerNotes - Store notes about guildies, friends & ignored players with a simple click!
- BottomBar - Break your main menu bar and move all the pieces!

My Notes: CTMod is collection of mini AddOns that can be enabled and disabled independently. Look at the list above to get an idea on some of the great features it offers. I’d recommend this package to everyone! If you are currently displaying all available action bars…this will hide your stances, stealth, and druid forms under action bar 1, you just have to unlock the frames and drag them back out from behind the bar.
CT_RaidAssist - CT_RaidAssist reports hp, mana, buffs, and debuffs of anyone or everyone in your raid. You can set it to notify when someone is debuffed with specified types as well as notify when buffs you can recast fade. We've added 5 'MT Target' options which allow you to specify up to 5 MainTanks's which users can then select which 1-5 they want to show. When shown, it will show you the target of the person set as MT.

My Notes: CT_RaidAssist can be downloaded as part of the CTMod package above. If you don't want all the other stuff included with that package, I still advise downloading CT_RaidAssist and CT_RABossMods. It is an indispensable tool for Raids, especially in boss fights.
Titan Panel - Titan Panel is an interface add-on which creates a horizontal bar where many mini modules can be deployed displaying all sorts of useful, at-a-glance, game data. It's growing in popularity because of its good looks, simplicity and ease of creating plugins to be displayed in the panel.

My Notes: Titan Panel is a collection of mini AddOns like CTMod; however, it’s less for changing your interface and more for providing extra useful information. The AddOns can be enabled and disabled independently. If you are using a lower resolution to play WoW this AddOn can clutter your interface
ItemRack - This is a mod to make swapping equipment easier. You add equipment slots to a bar and mouseover on the bar will create a menu of all items in your bags that can go in that slot.

My Notes: No more searching through my bag looking for specific pieces of gear I need to change out! I use this AddOn to create many sets of gear to accommodate the many roles we druids can play. With one button press I can change my gear set for Healer-Raid, Healer-Party, Bear Form, Cat Form, Riding Gear, and even…Naked!
Sanity - Sanity is a mod designed to make sense of, well, insane inventories. It can get a little crazy trying to find things sometimes, and I know I've certainly wanted to be able to quickly look things up by name, rather than try to figure out what icon goes to what, or to mouse over each icon individually to find what I'm looking for. So, Sanity was born.

My Notes: Sanity is a fantastic tool for keeping track of items on all of your charcters. It can track all items in your bags, bank, and up to 50 in your mailbox. When you first run Sanity you have to log into all your characters, open all your bags, bank, and scroll through your mailbox items. The developer has stopped support...so if someone knows of something newer/better please let me know!
Atlas - Atlas is a user interface addon for World of Warcraft that provides a number of additional maps (instances) as well as an in-game map browser.

My Notes: The instance maps included in this mod are fantastic. They are clear and easy to read and show locations of bosses and important landmarks.
MobInfo 2 - MobInfo-2 provides you with useful additional information about Mobs. It adds new information to the game's Tooltip whenever you hover with your mouse over a mob. It also adds a numeric display of the Mobs health and mana (current and max) to the Mob target frame.

My Notes: The feature i love most about this Addon is the Health and Mana displays of targets. It will also keep track of loot that mobs drop and automatically calculate the % drop rate. It can create some obnoxiously large tooltips for mobs though.
